In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is informed that the Secretariat of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India vide letter dated May 13, 2022 has communicated inter-alia the appointment of Shri Vivek Kumar Dewangan, IAS (MN: 1993), (DIN: 01377212), Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power as CMD, REC Limited. Accordingly, Shri Vivek Kumar Dewangan has taken over the charge of post of CMD, REC Limited on May 17, 2022 (F/N). Further, Shri Vivek Kumar Dewangan is not inter??se related to any other Director of the Company. Further, as per declaration given by him, Shri Dewangan is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
