We wish to inform you that the adjourned 46th (Forty sixth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Tuesday June 6, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Mumbai. At the aforesaid meeting, the Administrator of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the status & the way forward of CIRP process in terms of the activities / milestones as stipulated under the Code. It was further informed to the CoC that one (01) Resolution Plan has been received by the Administrator of the Company from one of the prospective resolution applicants. The CoC took on record the same. The meeting was adjourned to Wednesday, June 7, 2023. This is for your information and record.
