As intimated to the exchanges vide disclosure dated July 03, 2023, the Committee of Creditors of RCL ('CoC') concluded voting on the resolution plan ('Resolution Plan') submitted by IndusInd International Holdings Limited ('IIHL') on June 29, 2023 and approved the Resolution Plan. As intimated to the exchanges vide disclosure dated July 12, 2023, the Administrator on July 12, 2023 filed an application before the NCLT under Section 30(6) of the Code for submission of the Resolution Plan as approved by the CoC. In this regard, please note that the application for approval of the Resolution Plan was heard on January 11, 2024, and the matter has been reserved for orders.
