This is in continuation to our letter dated 6" March, 2023, intimating about the Record Date as Friday, 17" March, 2023. Since Resolution Applicant, i.e., Hazel Mercantile Limited has moved an application before NCLT, Ahmedabad, seeking extension of time to for upfront payment, the Record Date, fixed as Friday, 17th March, 2023, be and hereby stands cancelled. The fresh Record Date shall be intimated later, as and when decided. This is for the information of the Exchange, investors and all other concerned.
