We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. 22nd September, 2022 the Board has inter-alia approved the appointment of Shri Ramamurthi Swaminathan (DIN No. 09745616), as an Additional Director in the capacity of a Non-Executive & Independent Director of the Company for a period of 3 consecutive years from 22nd September, 2022 upto 21st September, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
