| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations,2015 ('Listing Regulations') as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Response Informatics Limited at their meeting held on today viz. Friday, August 5th, 2022, considered and approved the: Recommendation of Audit Committee to subscribe to 3,836 Equity Shares of Unofin Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd, New Delhi at a subscription price of Rs.2606.74 per equity share. The mode of discharge of consideration is on cash payment basis. The disclosures pertaining to this acquisition, pursuant to provisions of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is annexed herewith as Annexure A to this outcome.
