| Rhetan TMT Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is currently closed for Promoters, Directors and Employees of the Company and will re-open after 48 hours subsequent to declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2024 for the above mentioned purpose. 2.
