| Rhi Magnesita India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of RHI Magnesita India Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 10 August 2022, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited consolidated & standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2022. The financial results shall be subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. Further, in continuation to our letter dated 01 July 2022 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company, we hereby inform the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till August 12, 2022 (inclusive), for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives. | |
