| Ridings Consulting Engineers India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 20 15, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 25th May, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022. In continuation to our letter dated 11th April, 2022 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated persons ("the Code"), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st April, 2022 and will remain closed up to 27th May, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid audited Financial Results.
