This is to inform you that health situation of Mr. Praveen Kumar Baveja, Whole time Director and CEO of the Company was/is deteriorating and was/is hospitalized since April 2023. consequently, the company/he was/is not in position to take any corporate decision since then, therefore, there delay in compliance of SEBI (LODR) Regulations , 2015. 2. Further, this is to inform you that once he stabilizes, the date of board meeting to consider and do compliances will be communicated to stakeholder.
