Please be informed that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from September 30, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2023.
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
