| Rishabh Instruments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2024 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 are made public on November 12, 2024.
