Rishabh Instruments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, inter alia to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months' ended December 31, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from January 1, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months' ended December 31, 2024 are made public on February 7, 2025.
