Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th June, 2022 inter alia, has approved and executed the transaction of sale of investment representing 404900 Equity Shares in Rishi Vocational Education Private Limited ('RVEPL') held by company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 01.35 p.m.
