Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today from 01:00 p.m. to 02:15 p.m. have considered, approved and taken on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2025.
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; we are enclosing herewith the following:
1. Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025 and
2. Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors on the above financial statements.
