RITES Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on March 12, 2021 to consider and approve the second interim dividend, if any, on the equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.<BR><BR>Further, as per the ?Code of Conduct? adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Friday, March 05, 2021 till the expiry of forty-eight hours from the date and time of the board meeting i.e. March 14, 2021 (both days inclusive).
