Pursuant to the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [abbreviated as SEBI (LODR)], particularly Regulation 30, requiring the notification of material events, we are pleased to notify the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) regarding a significant work order awarded by M/S Trade world Exim LLP, on 08.07.2024 to the company for Supply, Installation & Maintenance of solar panel and inverter for 1.35 MWp Plant in Rajasthan. The value of work order is approx. Rs. 4.76 Crores (including GST). The works is to be completed within 8 months.
