The Seventeenth Annual General Meeting (17th AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 03:00 P.M. 1ST through Video Conference (VC) / Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM). The Company has engaged Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") for providing e-voting services and VC/OAVM facility for this AGM. In terms of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 a copy of the Annual Report along with the Notice of the 17th AGM being sent to the shareholders of the Company, is enclosed herewith and the same is also available on the website of the Company in the web link https://www.robusthotels.in/#
