Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, in relation to the acquisition of 51% of the post issue share capital of Abaca Care Private Limited by Rose Merc Limited, we wish to inform the Stock Exchange that the transaction contemplated under the Subscription Letter dated March 12, 2024, executed by and between Rose Merc Limited, Abaca Care Private Limited and its Promoters, has been successfully completed.
