Pursuant to Regualtion 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regualtion, 2015 read with relevant provision of Companies Act, 2013, we wish to inform you the based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, following change in Boards has been made :
1. Resignaiton of Mr. Pramod Kumar form the post of Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 16th july, 2024.
Further, the aforementioned appointment shall subject to the approval of the members the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
