| Pursuant to Regulation 30 - Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Shareholders of the Company at its 35th Annual General Meeting held on September 24, 2021 through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') has resolved :<BR> 1. To Appoint Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik (DIN: 00316650) as an Independent Director of the Company to hold office for a term of two consecutive years with effect from August 31, 2021 and whose office shall not be liable to retire by rotation.<BR> The details of appointment as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 along with his brief profile are given as 'Annexure 1'.<BR> Brief profile of Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik is attached herewith. <BR> This is for the information of the Exchange and members thereof. | |
