The Board Meeting to be held on 12/11/2020 has been revised to 13/11/2020 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our prior intimation regarding Board Meeting on 06th November 2020, we hereby inform you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12th November 2020, the Chairman of the Meeting with the approval of all the Directors of the Company present at the meeting has decided to adjourn the Board Meeting to 13th November, 2020 (Friday) to consider and approve financial results for quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020. The results will be submitted to the Stock Exchange(s) subsequently, as per the requirement of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
