In compliance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall be closed for dealing in securities of the Company by all Designated Persons as defined in<BR> the said Code from Thursday, April 1, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2021.<BR> During this period, ''Designated Persons'' and their relatives shall not trade in RPSG Venture''s securities.
