This is to inform that in terms of Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01, 2023 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2022. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated in due course.
