The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, November 13, 2025, inter-alia has approved the following:
1. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, un-audited Financial Results of the Company for half year ended September 30, 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period are attached herewith.
A copy of Un-audited Financial Statement of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report received from Statutory Auditor of the Company is enclosed herewith.
The Board Meeting Commenced on 05.30 p.m. and concluded on 06.00 p.m.
