Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. 2. Re-appointment of following Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for second and final term of 5 (five) years commencing from January 17, 2023 to January 16, 2028, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. - Dr. Ganesh P.
