Pursuant to provision of Reg 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 12, 2024 through electronic mode to consider and approve Financial Results of the Company for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. Further, pursuant to provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Sunday, December 31, 2023 for all insiders, designated persons define in code shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of said unaudited Financial Results.
