With reference to above, we hereby inform that the meeting of Finance and Investment Committee of the Company held on today i.e. Friday, February 26, 2021, has inter alia approved allotment of 2,000 (Two Thousand) Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) to the Applicants totally aggregating to Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crores Only) having Face Value of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakh Only) each on Private Placement basis. <BR> <BR> We hereby submit the details (in Annexure - A) as per Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 under the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for 'Continuous Disclosure Requirements for Listed Entities'.<BR> <BR>
