Safari Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sudhir Jatia, Managing Director of the Company in exercise of the power granted to him by the Board of Directors of the Company has executed an agreement to acquire trademark and goodwill of the brands Genius, "Magnum, Activa, Orthofit, DBH, Egonauts, Gscape and Genie owned by Genius Leathercraft Pvt. Ltd.
