| Dear Sir, Ref: Our earlier corporate announcement dated November 07, 2023 regarding resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) With reference to our earlier corporate announcement dated November 07, 2023, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement), 2015 (SEBI LODR), regarding the resignation of Shri Milind V. Gahankari, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in consonance with the same, we hereby inform you that the reason for the resignation of Shri Milind V. Gahankari was his ongoing health issues.
