The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th July 2024, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to the approval of Shareholders, has approved the appointment of M/s Jagdish Khatri & Associates, Chartered Accountant (FRN:156251W) as Statutory Auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s Utsav Sumit & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the Company.
