Further, this is to inform you that, the Company has completed dispatch of said Postal Ballot Notice vide email on 27th Feb, 2024. (Date of Dispatch) The Postal Ballot Notice is sent by email to all members whose name appearin the Register of members as on Friday, 23rd Feb, 2024 (Record Date) to their registered email addresses. The voting is allowed through e-voting only on Postal Ballot and e-voting will commence on Wednesday, 28th Feb, 2024 at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Thursday , 28th March, 2024 at 17:00 P.M.
