| Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, please find enclosed Notice of the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 1.00 P.M. at CE-25 sector-1, 3rd Cross Road Salt Lake City Kolkata, West Bengal- 700064. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Register of Members and Register of Share Transfer of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, August 30, 2022 to Monday, September 5, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
