Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders for Trading in the Company''s Shares/ Securities, the trading window will remain closed with effect from October 01, 2022 for the purpose of consideration and approval of un-audited financial results for the half-year ended on September 30, 2022. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said un-audited financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s shares/securities.
