Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company which has been closed from 1st April, 2023 shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of Financial Results for year ending 31st March, 2023.
