We wish to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and others insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Friday 1st July, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The trading window will open 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of above information to the stock exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022 will be intimated separately. Kindly take the same on your record.
