Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Sri R.Vidhya Shankar, Additional Director and Independent Director of the Company has resigned his directorship in the Company today as there would be conflict of interest as a Director of the Company while serving as Independent Director of The Karur Vysya Bank Limited in view of the Bank''s exposure to certain entities in Sakthi Group of Companies.
