Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 & 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the Notice (including e-Voting instructions) convening the 14th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 19th September 2024 at 12:00 noon (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC')/ Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in line with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Securities & Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') along with the 14th Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2024.
