Intimation pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015- Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of Board, we wish to notify that Mr. B. Venkatesham has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 30th May, 2023. Brief Profile of Mr. B. Venkatesham is given in Annexure-A hereunder.
