We would like to inform you that, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 30th June, 2022 have appointed Mr. Rakesh M. Kumar (DIN: 00066497), Managing Director of the Company as Chairman of the Board, in place of Mrs. Bindu Chowdhary (DIN: 01154263), Director, who has expressed her unwillingness to continue as Chairperson of the Board due to her age and health issues. However, Mrs. Bindu Chowdhary will continue as Director of the Company.
