This is in continuation of our letter No. SFL/2022-23/127 dated 30.06.2022, regarding shifting of Registered Office of the Company to Village & P.O. Ghollu Majra, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. Mohali, Punjab 140506 with effect from 01.07.2022. The Company has received the Certificate for Registration of Regional Director Order for Change of State dated July 14, 2022. Copy of the aforesaid Certificate and altered Memorandum of Association of the Company is enclosed.
