Samrat Forgings Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023. Further, as informed vide our letter no. SFL/2023-24/233 dated 26.12.2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the 'Designated Persons' till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023.
