That the RTA is registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (&apos;SEBI&apos;) vide registration no. INR000002276 dated 22nd Jan, 2013 having permanent registration.&lt;BR&gt; 3. That all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are being duly maintained by the RTA for the period from April 01, 2020 to September 30, 2020.&lt;BR&gt;
