This is further to our filing dated June 28, 2024 under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, intimating particulars of resignation of M/s. JPMK and Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company and providing relevant information in this regard as per SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023. As advised, we hereby enclose confirmation from the Statutory Auditor in Annexure A - Format of information to be obtained from the Statutory Auditor upon resignation. We request you to condone inadvertent delay in submitting aforesaid information received from the Statutory Auditor today.
