This is to inform that the Registrar of Companies, Telangana vide its approval letter dated 29th September, 2023 accorded its approval under section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 allowing the Company to hold the AGM for the Financial Year 2022-23 with an extension of 3 months from the due date i.e. on or before 31st December, 2023.
