| we would like to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. on Friday, November 13, 2020 at the registered of the company. The Board has considered and approved the following:<BR> 1) Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year<BR> ended 30" September, 2020;<BR> 2) Limited Review Report of the auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter<BR> and half year ended 30" September, 2020.<BR> 3) Mr. Dinesh Kanayalat Makhija (DIN: 00586498) has beer appointed as am Additional Director (Executive) of the Company, with effect from November 43, 2020 to hold office as a Whole-time Director cum Chief Financial Officer, a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, liable to retire by rotation for a term of 3 years with effect from November 13,<BR> 2020 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
