Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 21, 2020 to April 28, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend as well as one-time Special Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 28, 2020.<BR><BR>The final as well as one-time special dividend, if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after May 05, 2020.
