The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. November 11, 2020 has following was discussed:&lt;BR&gt; 1) Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 were reviewed and some expenses in the nature of write off of doubtful and miscellaneous balance required approval of COC members, hence it was suggested to written back.&lt;BR&gt; 2) Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 will be revised accordingly.&lt;BR&gt; The meeting commenced at 12.30 p.m. and was adjourned to a later date till the suggested changes are incorporated in the financial results. &lt;BR&gt; The revised results will be discussed in a meeting and then be uploaded on stock exchanges and Company&apos;s website accordingly. &lt;BR&gt; Kindly take the same on record and oblige. &lt;BR&gt;
