(iii) Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016. 2. Re-appointment of M/s. Rajiv A. Gupta & Associates, Chartered Accountant, Mumbai engaged with M/s Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited from past several years as Internal Auditor for conducting Internal Audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-225. 3.
