This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their relatives from 01st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 will be informed in due course.
